Booking Essential
Upon arrival you will be provided with a gown, slippers, towels and a key to a private storage area personal belongings.
Once you have showered and changed into your swimwear, you will be guided through to the Thermal Suite to begin your spa journey.
Firstly, relax in the indoor/outdoor infinity edged hydrotherapy pool. Inhale the scenery of the spectacular parkland estate as you begin to unwind and relax.
Follow on a step further to the sauna and steam area where you feel the stress of every day life evaporate before you.
Awaken your senses with a tropical rain shower and experience the evocative mist of the Atlantic Ocean cascading over your body, while mood lighting will heighten your state of well being and gently restore your inner balance.
If you are having an additional treatment your therapist will return after about an hour to accompany you to your treatment room. Otherwise, you may continue to the Relaxation Suite.
RELAXATION SUITE
All spa journeys are completed in the Relaxation Suite overlooking the idyllic surroundings of our 170 acre parkland estate. Have a seat on our relaxation chairs and listen to a selection of your chosen music. End your spa experience while enjoying soothing music, complimentary beverages and savouring the spectacular views of Lyrath Estate.
If you are having an additional treatment your therapist will return to accompany you to your treatment room.
COUPLES SUITE
At Lyrath we have built a customised suite for you and a friend or partner to share. You can enjoy your spa experience together while indulging in a facial or massage from the extensive range available. Why not also enjoy a treatment together in the RASUL, a mosaic steam chamber where therapeutic muds are applied and washed away with a warm rain shower under a rainbow of lights.
